Print employee copies B (federal), C (file) and 2 (state) on one blank 4-up quadrant style perforated sheet. All 8.5" x 11" sheets are constructed of 20# laser paper with no side perforation and do not include employee instructions on Back. Print each copy as a batch, then fold and mail recipient copies.
