Print employee copies B (federal), C (file) and 2 (state and city) on one blank 4-up quadrant style perforated sheet. All 8.5" x 11" W2 form sheets are constructed of 20# laser paper with no side perforation and do not include employee instructions on Back. Print each copy as a batch, then fold and mail W2 recipient copies. No collating or separating needed!
