Size: 9-7/8″ x 12″ (when closed) with 1/2″ spine
Score Type: Double scored, 1/2″ edge
Pocket(s): Two, expanding 4″ pockets are glued on the edge (not in the middle) and are reinforced on the sides.
Number of Pages: Each pocket holds up to 50 sheets
Paper Weight: 80# – choose from 5 colors
Color Printing: One color – choose from the colors listed; request a quote for multiple ink colors

Design Templates: Our 5 standard design templates can be used ‘as is’ or modified to suit your needs
Proofs: You will receive a proof to approve before printing

Ship Time: Most custom folder orders ship approximately 2 weeks after proof approval.

NOTE: These expandable folders are oversized, and will NOT fit in a stock envelope. If you are going to mail these folders, you will need an envelope that is at least 10-1/2″ x 13-1/2″, which is not a standard size. Please contact us to talk about your options. 

Paper Colors Available: Natural Cream Fiber (smooth), Bright White Linen (linen), Charcoal Grey (linen), Light Grey (linen), Warm White (linen).

NOTE: Ivory linen paper has been discontinued. Consider using Warm White linen instead. It has the same weight and texture, but a softer, more natural looking white vs. the yellow toned ivory.

• Design Template 1 features a bold colored stripe down the spine, with headings: Tax Return For / Year Ending, with lines to write a client name and tax year. Your business information and logo is imprinted at the bottom in the same color as the above text.
• Design Template 2 features a bold colored stripe down the spine, and Tax Returns (or change to Tax Return if you prefer) at the top. Your business information and logo is imprinted at the bottom in the same color as the above text.
• Design Template 3 features the heading, Income Tax Return at the top, and your business information and logo at the bottom, both in the same ink color. 
• Design Template 4 features a single-line border, with headings: Tax Return For / Year Ending, with lines to write a client name and tax year. Your business information and logo is imprinted at the bottom in the same color as the above text.
• Design Template 5 features a double-line border, with headings: Tax Return For / Year Ending, with lines to write a client name and tax year. Your business information and logo is imprinted at the bottom in the same color as the above text.
