Preprinted Laser Forms

Use preprinted forms if your software prints the variable form data only

Traditional W-2 Forms:

Print each copy as a batch, then separate and collate forms for each employee. Traditional 2up forms can be used with nearly any software 2up format has the same form on the top and bottom of the sheet Information for 2 different employees per page Employer copies must be produced in this traditional, 2up format

Condensed W-2 Forms:

Available in 2up, 3up and 4up formats Print all employee copies on the same page. Just fold and mail! Use the compatibility chart to determine which condensed formats are compatible with your software

1099-MISC & 1099-R Forms:

Copy A for both forms must be printed in a red scannable 2up format Condensed 3up and 4up formats are available for employee copies

1098, 5498, and Other 1099 Forms:

Available in a 3up (3 forms per page) format Blank Perforated Laser Paper
