Use this W-2 form to report wage and withholding information. This 8-part carbonless form is ideal for use on the extra-wide, 132 column printers. Includes employer copies A (federal, red scannable), 1 (state and city) and D (file) and employee copies B (federal), 2 (state and city) and C (file). The employer and employee forms are side-by-side, reducing the form thickness, so you can print legibly on all parts at high speeds.
